Cecach Federal Army The Cecach Federal use locally produced arms and equipment supplemented by heavier vehicles built under licence from Rheinmetall Swoboda. The Suwalska - the name of the local (Polish) manufacturer and the generic name of the vehicle - is a family of half tracked vehicles which includes the SPP (Suwalska Pojazd Pancerny) 41 APC. The SPP441 carries up to 8 infantry in an enclosed rear compartment and generally has a roof mounted twin Heavy Support Weapon in a small turret. There are a number of variations of this vehicle, some of which have different rear areas but all share the same drive train. The SPP450 'Hetman' is a command vehicle which has a larger rear compartment for the equipment but carries no infantry. The CSV is a Combat Support Variant which swaps the twin HSW for a Dual Feed Auto-Cannon - this is an imported weapon from Oltenia. The SPP477 'Lucznik' is a Light Tank Destroyer which uses a 6cm Railgun and the SPP483 'Mlot' Fire Support Vehicle uses a complex, low pressure gun-mortar system capable of both direct fire and ballistic attacks. The only non-tracked vehicle in use with the Federal Government is a locally produced Rheinmetall RCA6 Maczek MBT. This is a 'blower' design based very heavily on the Rheinmetall RRA5 Thor MBT. This has a 9cm autocannon paired with a coaxial 2cm cannon and a small turret with a twin HSW. The Federals also utilise a Tank Destroyer variant of this vehicle with both of the main guns replaced by a slower firing, but heavier hitting 9cm Railgun. .
